Пакет для Lipo который не стоит покупать.

Все мы знаем, что хранить, а уж тем более заряжать Lipo аккумуляторы нужно как минимум в специальном пакете, а лучше в боксе из металла. Протестим не очень качественный пакет! Смотрите видео.

Буду краток, так как писать особо нечего. Что нравится в этом пакете так это цена. Далее, верхний материал тонкий, внутренний тоже. Если хотим купить более качественный пакет, толщина которого раза в 1,5-2 больше, то нам стоит это сделать на другом сайте, ХК. Тест пакета с ХК тоже постараюсь сделать, когда еще один аккум придет в негодность)
Хороший пакет вообще не должен плавиться сверху и защищать все окружающее.
Провел испытания, да я тыкнул пару раз в пакет, но и без дырки сверху его бы не спасло ничего. И пакету повезло, что аккум не загорелся а просто дымил и плавился. Если бы загорелся, то пакет ты вообще сгорел.
В общем цена/качество. Не рекомендую покупать!

1. Пакет должен удержать осколки, брызги и искры от разлетания.
2. Пакет должен стравить давление по возможно бОльшей прощади. Иначе это будет просто бомба, а не пакет.
3. Пакет должен удержать давление в районе клапана или швов и не раскрыться. иначе тупо будет представлять из себя ракету с соплом в виде клапана.
4. Пакет должен быть не проводящим электричество и мягким, чтобы не повреждать аккумуляторы.
5. Пакет не должен гореть сам. Поэтому или сделан из негорючих материалов или пропитан соответственно.

НО!
Пакет не умеет полностью компенсировать все воздействия. И куча газа и, как оказалось, цветного дыма — все будет в помещении. 🙁 Мало того, температуру он тоже не удержит. И если под него постелить газетки — то весьма вероятно воспламенение.

Для этой задачи я остановился на кешбоксах

Есть во многих оффлайн магазинах. Толстое железо, края хорошо обработаны, кодовый замок не позволит малышу поиграть батареями.

Для себя я делаю вывод, что пакет справился хорошо,
все что он должен был сделать, он сделал,
а это, не допустить открытого горения, пламени, и не загореться самому.

Как горят липошки я видел, одну даже тушил у себя дома,
если бы она заряжалась в этом пакете, уверен, последствия были бы куда меньше,
а так, на холодильнике осталось хорошее обуглевшееся пятно.
Холодильник уцелел, но товарный вид испорчен однозначно.

По моему, этот пакет не столько для хранения, сколько для зарядки
(с датчиком температуры внутри пакета и зарядка специальным зарядником балансиром),
так как зарядка это самый огнеопасный момент в жизни липошки,
так же опасна конечно и разрядка, но только если токи очень большие
или липошка поврежденная или бракованная,
а в состоянии покоя и хранения (3.8в на банку), она безвредна и безопасна,
если конечно не подвергается прямому физическому насилию.

Еще такой момент, при естественном взрывоопасном состоянии,
(подвергали неправильному вольтажу или току зарядки)
липошка сразу не вспыхнет, она обидется, и надуется…
и сильно нагреется. Очень даже может быть, что обойдется
без огня и дыма, тем более если все делать правильно,
то есть заряжать хорошим зарядником с контролем температуры.

Ну а если вы повредили оболочку липошки, то конечно, наружу выйдет
спиртосодержащая жидкость, которая и начинает гореть, синим пламенем…

Why lithium Polymer (lipo) and Lithium Ion (li-ion) batteries are dangerous

Unfortunately, fires happen every year from lithium batteries. And worse, these batteries are found in almost all of your cordless tools (like this North Dakota fire), toys and computers.

And if you’ve flown on a plane or shipped a computer you’ve probably ran into rules around no batteries in the cargo hold.

• Lithium allows for tremendous energy storage. Take a cordless table saw for example: think of the power storage needed to run a blade through dozens of sheets of plywood on one charge. Stored power isn’t necessarily safe.
• Slow power release is safe and the intended use of these batteries. And, what most of us experience in our phone, computer, and cordless tools their entire life.
• But when the battery components are damaged or fail (manufacturing defects) they can cause a chain reaction that turns this power into energy and a massive source of heat…and fire.

While you’re thinking this hasn’t happened to me you’d be right – most batteries run their life without fail.

Or, MAYBE, you’ve replaced a phone or computer battery with a bulging battery. I know I have (immediately when I see it).

Why a lipo bag is a must have safety tool for every Home

Most of us plug in the charger and . forget we did so

I do this all the time with the half dozen lithium batteries for my cordless tools. Sure, I’ll usually remember the next day I left the batteries on the charger and unplug. However, I’ve left batteries plugged in inadvertently for weeks.

But, I’ll bet a good percent of casual and serious tool (and phone, electric racing cars, hoverboards, etc.) don’t read the directions. And what’s in the directions? Well, a pretty explicit warning to NOT LEAVE THE BATTERY PLUGGED IN for longer than a few hours. Much less unattended.

So where do you charge your batteries?

While a cement floor or metal bench is a potentially safter option, I’ll bet most of us are charging on what’s convenient: your wood workbench, a shelf on the wall or somewhere in house that is close to wood.

While sheetrock is fire rated and offers some protection, the intensity of a lithium fire won’t be guaranteed to prevent a full scale fire.

Fire Hazard Reduction: A lipo bag

For protecting devices with lithium polymer or lithium ion batteries there is a solution: a lipo safe bag for CHARGING and STORAGE.
