DESCRIPTION
The TPS204xB/TPS205xB power-distribution switches are intended for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short circuits are likely to be encountered. These devices incorporates 70-m N-channel MOSFET power switches for power-distribution systems that require multiple power switches in a single package. Each switch is controlled by a logic enable input. Gate drive is provided by an internal charge pump designed to control the power-switch rise times and fall times to minimize current surges during switching. The charge pump requires no external components and allows operation from supplies as low 2.7 V. When the output load exceeds the current-limit threshold or a short is present, the device limits the output current to a safe level by switching into a constant-current mode, pulling the overcurrent (OCx) logic output low. When continuous heavy overloads and short-circuits increase the power dissipation in the switch, causing the junction temperature to rise, a thermal protection circuit shuts off the switch to prevent damage. Recovery from a thermal shutdown is automatic once the device has cooled sufficiently. Internal circuitry ensures that the switch remains off until valid input voltage is present. This power-distribution switch is designed to set current limit 1 A typically.

TDA2052 представляет собой интегральную микросхему для использования в качестве усилителя звуковой частоты класса AB.
Выходная мощность усилителя на TDA2052 составляет 60 ватт на нагрузку 4…8 Ом. Напряжение питания двуполярное от +/-6 до +/-25 вольт. Потребляемый ток около 6 ампер. Температурные условия эксплуатации микросхемы TDA2052 от -40 до +150 градусов по Цельсию.
Ниже приведена схема усилителя звуковой частоты и внешний вид ИМС TDA2052.
Коэффициент нелинейных искажений правильно собранного усилителя на нагрузку 4 Ом при выходной мощности 20 ватт составляет 0,1…0,7%. На 8 Ом при неизменных прочих параметрах — 0,1…0,5%.
Распиновка TDA2052 и макет печатной платы приведены ниже.
Можно ещё отметить, что в ИМС встроена защита от перегрева. Ну и напоследок приведем схему многоканального усилителя ЗЧ на трех TDA2052. Схема УЗЧ приведена ниже.
Думаю, что особых комментариев и пояснений не требуется. На входе фильтры и простенький смеситель для сабвуферного канала. Топологии печатной платы нет. Но схема чрезвычайно проста. Озвучить небольшую комнату с приемлемым качеством воспроизведения вполне хватит.
