ТЮНИНГ РАДИОПРИЁМНИКА
Ну, уж если случилось так, что купили для пользования китайский радио-сканер, то перед эксплуатацией его просто необходимо доработать. У китайских товаров безусловно есть свои плюсы и один из них тот, что небольшая ревизия сборки изделия позволяет значительно улучшить его эксплуатационные качества, делая и без того не затратную покупку ещё более рентабельной, а её функционирование значительно более качественным. Приобретённый сканер, уже проверенный на предмет работоспособности в магазине при покупке, проверьте дома ещё раз и тогда смело, выкрутив соответствующие винты, разъединяйте корпус на две половины.
Первое, что увидите, будет печатная плата не в меру заляпанная канифолью, соединительные провода поражающие своей тщедушностью и далеко торчащие кончики «ножек» запаянных электронных компонентов. Часто плата внутри корпуса привёрнута ещё на один – два винта. Так же её могут держать припаянные к ней контакты отсека питания. Откручиваем, отпаиваем и достаём плату из корпуса.
Внимательно изучаем визуально и весьма аккуратно трогаем пинцетом э/компоненты на предмет прочности их нахождения на своих местах. То, что не запаяно или совсем легко двигается, запоминаем (одна из катушек на плате была припаяна только с одного конца). Конечно, желательно иметь принципиальную схему радиоприёмника, для этого переписываем маркировку микросхем (здесь приёмник на м/с CD9088CB, усилитель на м/с TDA2822) и «обращаемся» к интернету.
Поиск увенчался успехом. Со схемой оно как-то веселей. Отпаиваем имеющиеся провода, затем качественно, что нужно, припаиваем и пропаиваем. Откусываем излишне далеко торчащие, со стороны печатных дорожек, кончики «ножек». И наконец, моем плату спиртом (смываем остатки канифоли).
Со стороны электронных компонентов мягкой акварельной кисточкой, со стороны печатной платы можно и специально для этого предназначенной зубной щёткой и в тёплое место для просушки, а лучше всего применить воздушный фен.
Решётка динамика на корпусе тоже нуждается во внимании. В первых при помощи сверла зажатого в ручные тиски увеличиваем диаметр отверстий решётки до максимально возможного.
Теперь будем улучшать качество звучания, с внутренней стороны решётки стелим не толстый ворсистый материал.
Далее устанавливаем на него динамик, который соединяем с платой качественными проводами поверх динамика, допустимой толщины поролон, ставим плату на место, приворачиваем и припаиваем.
На лампочку (можно заменить на светодиод), уж коли она назвалась фонариком, наденем отражатель, в прошлом это наконечник шариковой авторучки с рассверленным внутренним отверстием под нужный диаметр.
Его можно так же и укоротить. Соответственно рассверливается и отверстие в корпусе.
Теперь это уже точно фонарик. Имеющаяся наклейка на внешней стороне корпуса не понравилась – «ни к селу – ни к городу».
Пусть будет такая – полезная. Эти формулы нужно знать как «Отче наш».
Радио-сканер может быть какой угодно формы и цвета, собранным на различных микросхемах, с усилителем или без… а вот батарейный отсек у него должен быть именно вот такой – под батарейки формата АА. Тогда и слушать, и фонариком светить будете столько, сколько захотите.

С усилителем на TDA2822 сканер имеет явный излишек запаса мощности для встроенного динамика, её даже для внешнего хватает «за глаза». Ну и фонарь, светит по взаправдешному. Всем музыки и света, Babay.
