Ремонт блока TCM управления АКПП ☠️

Приехал в другой город навестить бабушку. Ничего не предвещало беды. Был жаркий день, поэтому машина была заведена, чтобы работал кондиционер, через 20 минут работы на холостом ходу на приборке загорелась ошибка AT и через секунду пропала. Я очень сильно удивился, но не придал этому большого значения. Через эти 20 минут нужно было ехать уже, включил драйв и поехал — всё отлично. Как только проехал метров 40 до перекрестка, опять загорелась эта ошибка и машина начала сильно пинаться вперёд и перестала ехать((( я сразу включил аварийку и заглушил мотор. Через минуту попробовал запустить мотор — всё отлично, машина доехала до обочины и ошибка снова появилась, я опять заглушил ее. Подключил els и открыл forscan — не было ни одной ошибки �� Доехал до бабушки без каких либо происшествий. На следующее утро уже нужно было уезжать, включаю зажигание, а там горит гирлянда:

Попробовал включить заднюю — машина очень сильно толкнула вперёд, я сразу же включил паркинг и больше вообще не трогал ручку КПП �� Пока отец ехал из другого города с инструментами, я пытался долезть до блока TCM, разбирая машину старыми подручными ключами. Находится этот блок под коробом аккумулятора, возле подушки двигателя. Держится на трёх болтах — два откручиваем полностью, один ослабляем, чтобы вытянуть блок.

Пока разбирал машину, вычитал, что в самом устройстве АКПП самый слабый узел — как раз блок управления. Из за того, что он находится прямо на коробке, на него передается всё тепло от этой самой коробки, со временем это приводит к разрушению пайки. Когда приехал отец, было установлено, что, если надавить на компаунд в блоке (то есть как бы вернуть контакт ножек с дорожками), то ошибка пропадает. Таким образом был поставлен предварительный вердикт — проблема с контактом в блоке. Эвакуатор в мой город стоил 80 рублей за километр, а ехать около 110км. Поэтому было принято решение двигаться своим ходом пока не выскочит ошибка. Каким то чудом машина проехала эти 100км, и ошибка появилась только в городе, но сразу пропала.

Около 6 часов следующего дня искал человека, который мог бы пропаять мне блок, ведь Б/У стоили от 15000.
Ни один автоэлектрик в моем городе не брался за работу из-за необходимости убирать компаунд. В итоге, после стольких неудачных попыток, нашел человека, который занимался ремонтом бытовой электроники, созвонился с ним — он сказал показать ему блок, и он скажет, что можно сделать. Как итог — за 2000 рублей был убран весь компаунд и пропаяны все поврежденные места����

Очень много ножек были отпаяны/оторваны от платы �� Я вообще в шоке как с такими повреждениями машина доехала обратно.

После пайки был трёхдневный тест и 180км пробега.

По итогу — всё отлично! Никаких ошибок или неправильной работы коробки не было замечено.

Заливать решили компаундом ПК-68, 100 грамм в упаковке хватит с головой, даже останется около четверти. Расход — 100 частей основы на 5 частей отвердителя.

И последнее, если кто то до сюда вообще дочитал ��, по поводу установки. Многие люди после покупки нового блока крепят его на тормозные шланги за коробом АКБ, так как провод от разъёма не слишком длинный. Мы же поставили его на место, причиной этому послужили вибрации от коробки, которые шли по проводам. При закреплении блока на тормозных шлангах он остаётся неподвижным, в то время как провода вибрируют, от этого они со временем отломаются. Поскольку машина проехала 13 лет и 160000+ км при таком расположении блока, решили, что на меня и на следующего хозяина уж точно хватит ))На момент написания поста машина проехала около 400км, из них 350 по трассе. Всё работает идеально ��
По итогу — никому не желаю когда либо столкнуться с такой проблемой, ведь мне ещё повезло, что блок подлежал ремонту ✊��

Всем доброго времени суток, господа! Уже месяц как стоит машина, вся в пыли и моих горьких слезах ��
Беда подкралась нежданно негаданно. Как-то утром при запуске загорелся чек двигателя, заноса и АТ. Плюсом не горела лампочка на приборке, которая показывает в каком режиме находится селектор. При попытке включить заднюю, последовал нехилый удар (по силе и звуку похоже на то будто нет синхронизации вращения двигателя и вала АКПП). Аж больно стало после него. Но скорость включилась и я смог выехать с парковки. После переключения с R на D удар повторился�� было понятно, что коробка упала в аварийный режим, что предполагает движение только на 3-й скорости. Таким вот макаром я докатился до сервиса. Диагностика показала ошибки U0101 (нет конекшна АКПП с мотором) и P0481 (что-то там с давлением жидкости в соленоиде А). После прозвонки всей проводки с предохранителями был приговорён модуль ТСМ. Механик немного потанцевал с бубном, но ничего в итоге не наколдовал… опуская километры матов и тонны убитых нервов, скажу, что по итогу пришлось заказывать модуль на
Амазоне в штатах так как в Эквадоре (где я, собственно, нахожусь) такого модуля нет.

Очень важной деталью является серия этого модуля (буковки и циферки на боку). Они бывают разными… на одной и той же модели, с одной и той же комплектацией могут стоять разные модули����‍♂️

В общем, в начале августа модуль приедет ко мне. Модуль продаётся пустым и его нужно прошивать. Собственно это и является моей головной болью на данный момент. Судя по всему, в городе где стоит авто толкового человека, который может его прошить, я не найду. Тащить авто на эвакуаторе в столицу около 80 км тоже не улыбается как-то…

Кто сталкивался с этим? Может это несложно и можно самому это сделать как-то?
Физически установить модуль это 5 мин времени + ключ на 10. Повозиться, разве что, придётся со сменой места его установки. Дело в том, что именно его месторасположения (на корпусе АКПП) и стало основной причиной его скорой кончины так как сильно грелся он там, бедолага… такая вот ошибка японских инженеров (как мне объяснил эквадорский инженер��) и при замене модуля нужно это исправить.
Но вот где брать прошивку и как её туда запихнуть — главный мой вопрос к добропочтенной публике драйва))) выручайте советом, мужики

1. Hesitating when shifting gears

If you increase your speed gradually, the transmission will keep shifting to the higher gears at the right time.

How to Reset Transmission Control Module Mazda 3

Follow the steps below, these steps are designed for 2010 Mazda 3, as well as for other models.

  1. First, you need to take the terminals off, and you should leave off for at least a few hours. This way, it will drain the charge from capacitors. Therefore, if you want to reset the transmission control module, you should have some time in your hand.
  2. Now cold start the engine. Keeping your foot on your brake, moving the transmission between the park and the lowest gear of your car. Repeat this process three times, at least.
  3. Take the car on a five-minute drive this time. Maintain a slow speed this whole time. And try to go on a ride on quiet streets. Do not exceed the speed of 25km/h, and drive at very low acceleration.

  7. Then you should again repeat the process with another 5-minute drive. This time you will go for a higher speed, not exceeding 80km/h speed.
  8. Again decelerate without braking to a complete stop and let it idle again for a few more minutes.
  9. This way, after you usually have driven for the next 10-12 km, you should start avoiding the hard acceleration and braking.

You should drive the vehicle quickly and safely for the next 80 km or so without hard acceleration.

While the check engine light for a Mazda 3 could mean a number of things, one of those issues could be the transmission control module itself. If you find that your check engine light comes on it should lead you to either performing a diagnostic scan yourself (with a reliable diagnostic scanner that can produce you with the error codes) or by taking it into a shop (such as the one we have in the Atlanta area) to have a mechanic run the scan and let you know what’s going on.

Another way that you can try to uncover what error codes are causing your check engine light to come on is to visit your local parts store. Sometimes they will be able to do a free scan to tell you what error codes are contributing to your check engine light being on.

Keep in mind that this is something that is only available at certain parts stores, as well as for certain makes, models, and years so you will want to give your local parts store a call for more information on their requirements and whether this is even a service that they offer.

· You can’t shift out of neutral or you find yourself stuck in the same gear.

Usually, you will either find yourself stuck in first gear or neutral, causing you to either be limited by the speed of first gear or stuck in place without the ability to go anywhere. The reason that a bad transmission control module can cause this is that no information is being sent to your transmission or the other components that it relies on.

· Your car may seem like it’s not shifting into higher gears properly.

When speed is gradually increased, your vehicle is designed to shift into the gears that it needs to be at for the speed that you’re at. If your RPMs keep going up instead of going down (which is what happens when gears are shifted), your transmission control module could be faulty causing it not to shift into the appropriate gears when they should be.

In cases like this, your gears only have a certain amount of speed that they can go to which means that you might not be able to reach your intended level of speed due to the TCM not allowing it to shift into a higher gear.

· You may notice that your car doesn’t downshift as it should.

In a nutshell, you’ll notice this when you pick up acceleration and then let off of the gas pedal. It won’t be able to downshift like it’s supposed to. Instead, it will keep itself stuck in a higher gear than what it needs to be in for that current moment.

A good example is if you mash on the gas to pass a car that’s moving down the road rather slowly, but after you pass and let off of the gas, your car still seems to be stuck in that higher gear and it seems like it takes longer than it should to shift into a lower gear.

· Fuel consumption may be more than what it normally is.

Any kind of problem with your transmission will result in the timing being off when it comes to shifting into the right gear that ensures fuel efficiency. With a TCM that’s giving you trouble, this timing is off, and your vehicle doesn’t shift as it should. This leads to having to fill up with gas more often, as well as costing you more at the gas pump than you might normally spend.

· Shifting may occur unpredictably without giving you any type of warning.

The transmission control module is the brain of your automatic transmission, and if it’s not working as intended it could cause your transmission to shift improperly. This means that it could shift itself into neutral or into another gear without giving you any kind of warning.

You can imagine how dangerous this could be for you if it does happen, and even cause a serious accident. This is why you need to have your vehicle towed home (if you plan on doing the repair yourself) or to the shop of your choice. The only exception to this if you have a paddle shifter, which will allow you to shift the gears manually and bypass the TCM. Even then, make sure that you park your vehicle until the needed repair is performed to prevent any other types of problems from coming to the surface.

· The time it takes to shift gears may take longer than it normally would.

In fact, this could make you think that your transmission is slipping. If you find your RPMs slipping into the red zone often before it switches gears, the odds are that your TCM is faulty and is causing it to take longer to shift gears than it should.

If this is ignored, it could create unneeded stress on the engine itself and be the onset of further problems that will not only damage the mechanical functionality of your vehicle but cost you a lot more for repairs as well. If this issue occurs, your best bet is to replace the TCM immediately to prevent it from becoming a bigger problem than it has to be.

· Your transmission may be overheating unexpectedly.

When a transmission control module fails to do what it’s intended to do it tends to cause other Mazda 3 transmission issues as well. Leading to forcing the transmission itself to work harder in order to try to ensure that gears are shifted as they should be. When a transmission is overworked, it tends to overheat itself in which case you might smell burnt fluids. ANY TIME THAT THIS HAPPENS, STOP DRIVING IMMEDIATELY.
